Qlocktwo: innovative time telling in contemporary spirit

By  |  Comments

Qlocktwo by German company Biegert & Funk is a completely new way of time telling. The typographical display combines the moment with the written word and turns it into a statement: “It is half past time” or “It’s Five O’clock”. The 45 x 45 cm clock is available in 12 different languages and seven colours of brushed stainless steel or polished synthetic glass. The front panel of the Qlocktwo is fixed with magnets. In this way it can be changed without visible means of attachment. Qlocktwo can be used as a wall clock or as a free-standing object. It uses LED technology to minimise electricity consumption while maximising the light’s brightness. This contemporary design piece received over a dozen of renowned prizes including Red Dot, iF Product Design, Good Design, Interior Innovation Award, and the highly acclaimed Gold Award of the ADC Europe.
